Great customer service, The Technician came out to our residence and measured. When our glass came in The Technician returned and completed all the glass that had been damaged. Great job, I will call this company when any glass break or that is damaged again. Great Job. The Wimbush's

I ordered a replacement glass for a window and after being told that they had to call me back i should have known that I would get lousy service. Because after 2and a half hours I had to call them back just for them to say they would have to check with someone and would call back in 10 mins 30 mins later I get a call saying that the person would be here Thursday at 3. They were a no call no show i call the store at 345 they already had there answering machine on as if they were closed so I waited until the next morning. Friday morning they say sorry driver said it was a paper error we can get it out to you by 4. Again no call no show . I had a feeling this would happen and that's why I didn't pay in advance

I went to the shop the day before yesterday to order a glass shell for my cabinet. I took the old one so they were able to get an accurate measurement. The lady upfront took it to the back came back gave me a price later that afternoon. she called back to say that they had missed quoted it and it was another $25 Really had no choice as they had already had it and got rid of my old glass. They called me yesterday to say that it was ready. And their hours for today were from 8 to 12. I arrived at 7:50 and set up front until 840 with no one showing up not really a good way to do business I was just finding another company.

What I am most disappointed about during this entire experience is the attitude that I received from the lady I placed the order with AND the man that was supposed to come put my window in. I ordered a window in March and was told it would take 10 to 14 days for the window to come in due to it was a double pane…no worries there. I remained very patient and wait for someone to call to put my window. I waited a whole month and asked them what is going on with my window. She got an attitude with me and told me that I had to be patient and wait for the window to come in. Placed me on hold and magically she then had the window. She then tells me I have to wait now for installation because I’m working on the Installers time. What?!?!? Ok so fast forward…I TAKE A DAY OFF OF WORK!! I wait for the gentleman to come put my window and today I stayed home from 11 to 6, called in for my job, and he never showed. At 7 PM he calls and leave a voicemail to tell me he didn’t come to my house to put in my window because he was too tired. 🤨🤨. Then tells me he works harder than I do after I snap. No one called to tell me he would need to reschedule or anything. He has NO CLUE WHAT I DO. So no

My china cabinet is fix though it was a little pricey, I didn't have time to check around for lower prices, it probably would have taken more gas to do that and the time to make more phone calls so this one was just right down the street from me within 5 minutes so I got it done.
